Welcome to the www.jasmina.com.my website terms and conditions. Please read through our T&C carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service. Please also read our Privacy Policy Statement regarding personal information provided by you.

GENERAL

This website also contains links to the other websites, which are not operated by Jasmina. Jasmina has no control over the Linked Sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Your use of the Linked Sites will be subject to the terms of use and service contained within each site.

You shall not assign, transfer, charge, sub-contract, create any trust over or deal in any other manner with these T&C all or any of your rights or obligations under these T&C.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall create or be deemed to create a partnership, an agency or a relationship of employer and employee between you and us (JASMINA).

No person who is not a party to these T&C shall acquire any rights under it or be entitled to benefit from any of its terms even if that person has relied on any such term or has indicated to any party to these T&C assent to any such term.

These T&C (and all non-contractual obligations arising out of or connected to them) shall be governed and construed in accordance with Malaysia Law. Both we and you hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysia Courts. All dealings, correspondence and contracts between us shall be made or conducted in the English / Malay language.

TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
  2. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to the delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
  3. If your order is accepted we will inform and notify you by email.
  4. When you place an order, you undertake that all the details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or; and debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
  5. Orders cannot be cancelled or amended after dispatch. At any point after the parcel leaves the Storehouse with our courier, if you wish to cancel the order and receive your money back, you will be required to receive and return all goods associated with the parcel to us (which we will inspect first). DELIVERY

Orders placed Monday to Friday are handled within 48 hours. Orders placed Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, are handled on the first business day after.

All packages have a tracking number so the package can be traced, a tracking number will be issued via email. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your order please contact our customer service team at jasminacollection@gmail.com or whatsapp us +60182118380.

Delivery Times normally takes  2-3 business days.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1)   Refund is only eligible for defected item purchased within 7 days ONLY. However, we will go through checks to ensure the defect is enough for refund purpose.

2)   Payment receipt is required for all return & exchange process.

3)   If the return tag is still attached and item is in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition,

returns will be accepted if delivered back within 7 days from arrival of package for local delivery.

Returns outside of these time frame will not be accepted.

In all fairness, do take note that Jasmina will be NOT liable for the return shipping fee.

4)  Items are one-to-one exchange for the same design and color. If the item is out of stock,

you can exchange the same design with different colors.

5)  If the preferred item is out of stock, you can either alternatively;

  •  Exchange with same value item,
  •  Exchange with lower value item (no refund for price difference),
  •  Exchange with higher value item (customer have to pay for the difference in prices).

6)  Refund process may take between 3-5 working days.

7)  Any exchange, return or refund from online purchases can only be initiated through emails sent to jasminacollection@gmail.com or whatsapp us +60182118380.

8) Items bought under SALE are not allowed to be exchanged/refund.

If you have received FAULTY/DEFECT item(s),

Jasmina should replace the item(s).

We have made every effort to display all products as accurately as possible. The colors of our products that appear on the website may differ from actual products depending on your monitor; we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.

All size and measurements are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are our standard measurements sizes (Asian’s measurements). Please refer to the size guide for clarification.
