We aim to deliver orders within eight working days of orders being placed. However, sometimes during busy sale periods, deliveries may take longer. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days. If you have not received your delivery in nine working days please contact our Customer Services department.
Your order may be delivered by either your local postal service or by courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by local postal service so the parcel will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

– Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
– We currently offer standard delivery and tracked and faster delivery for orders delivered to Malaysia.
Please note, no changes can be made to the delivery address after the order has been placed.
